Meet the Founders
RFC is led by founders Lindsay and Greg, who bring proven recruitment expertise and lived experience of building and scaling agencies. Their guidance and support are at the heart of the community, available when founders need it most.

Lindsay is RFC’s co-founder.
Originally an Engineer, he pivoted into direct sales, then media sales, before eventually finding his way into recruitment in 2003.
He joined the Sthree group and progressed his career from Trainee to partner over a career spanning 17yrs, during which he established, inherited, and developed multiple business units across a number of territories, winning many awards along the way. It was during this time that he met and hired Greg, working with him for a few years before they went their separate ways.
During the pandemic; realising he wanted to spend more time with his family as well as wanting to fulfil a long-standing desire to be in control of his own destiny, he made the decision to go alone and establish his own recruitment business, and in the summer of 2020 Hanison Green Ltd was born.
To respect his previous employer while also wanting to try something new, he chose a market and territory he had no previous experience in – and although not having personally made a placement for over 10yrs, by choosing a fast-growing Niche within MedTech, he quickly established a reputation of being one of the leading recruiters within Neuromodulation, as well as becoming a board advisor to several US based Neuromodulation start-ups.
Now, with Hanison Green firmly established as a top recruiter in its field, and having been reunited with Greg, they’ve realised they both share a desire to use their experience to help other recruiters realise their own potential of establishing their own businesses.

Greg is one of RFC’s Co-Founding duo.
Like many, Greg joined the recruitment industry straight from University and joined SThree Plc.
Having been awarded top perm Rookie and Biller in the Regions Greg moved into Executive search after 3 years and 9 years later was Co-Owner and Managing Director of a successful multi 7 figure turnover firm.
Greg founded Day-2 to continue his activity supporting FTSE100 and mega infrastructure/energy projects whilst also enabling him more free time to be Dad to his 3 children.
Greg has been a Board Director of not-for-profit organisations and is currently a Board Adviser to Green Lithium.
Outside of work Greg is a keen golfer, Aston Villa supporter and grass roots football coach.
